Renting with FPM was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a tenant. Forrest is very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Move in and move out processes were clear and smooth. Once the initial property updates were complete, Forrest typically had any maintenance requests resolved within a week - sometimes next day. He was also good with our dogs whenever he was on site. We would have loved to rent with him longer, but unfortunately ended up having to move houses. Our new house & PM company is nice, but having maintenance out to repair anything takes weeks if not months, and often multiple visits - a big difference from how Forrest handled things. Hopefully we won’t need to move again for a while but if we do, FPM will be my first call.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a tenant in of these properties. The rental cost has remained reasonable and Forrest has been informative, communicative, and helpful since I first applied for the space. The few repairs that have been needed since moving in were promptly addressed and he also sends out helpful seasonal reminders to maintain the integrity of the property. I hope to continue to work with him as a tenant in the coming years!

I can't state how satisfied we were with Focused Property Management. Property details were accurate, requirements and tenant expectations were clearly communicated, and all questions were clearly answered in a timely manner prior to applying for the property. Following move in, response times to questions were quickly responded to. We never needed any services or maintenance as the property was in top shape when we moved in. The move into the property was very smooth. We moved out due to relocation out of state and this was very smooth as well. We will definitely reach out to Forrest and Focus Property Management as we plan to move back to the Denver metro area in the coming years to retire. I hope to have the opportunity to do business with these guys in the future.
