Every agent I have spoken with at Allstate has been very helpful. We moved to Colorado last year and when buying our home in Evergreen, we heard getting our home insured would be difficult but Allstate made the process very easy.

Horrible experience all around. They cancelled my policies on my behalf with their competitors with the promise of covering a rental home i had and also saving me money on 2 other homes and 2 auto policies. After they cancelled the policies with the other providers, they told me they cannot cover one of the rental homes. Now they are ignoring calls, limited and delayed responses via emails, and I had to submit this agent to the Colorado Division of Insurance Regulators.

Still have not reimbursed me for the situation as I have reinstated all of my old insurance policies and am attempting to not work with this office. Horrible communication and overall zero accountability for their mistakes. I will quote "every insurance company does this" when referring to them lying about what they could cover to earn my business.

With last years hail storms, I had damage to my roof and windows.
Allstate (specifically Brian Weatherman's office) were very helpful with helping me file a claim. They also helped update my insurance to reflect the upgraded roof, ensuring my premium was lowered. Always responsive when I email or call.

We have had quick and efficient interactions with the agency staff, mostly via email. We've also discussed a few things over the phone. It's worked well, even though we're up in the mountains and the Weatherman agency is down in the front range.

Not a great experience. We came to Allstate when we were searching for better prices and lower deductibles. We were told that our home insurance was approved, no problem, and quickly set up both house and auto. Prices are competitive, so no issues there. Two weeks later, an inspector shows up (after we were told it was all approved and done) and then results come back with requests for extensive fire mitigation before we could be insured. Had we known we would not have left our former insurance company!
After alot of repeated calls/emails, we then were told that even if we did the extensive work asked, it probably would not be approved and then quoted us a secondary company with higher rates. We understand that Colorado is a wildfire state and insurance can get tricky but we feel duped.
We went with another insurance company that had almost the exact same prices and benefits, and no mitigation required whatsoever.
Lesson learned, and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them.

I have car and renters insurance with Allstate. They have been totally responsive and helpful on all occasions when I have needed their help. Their response to my recent issue with hail damage to my car was amazingly efficient and sufficient to cover all of my needs and concerns. Many of my friends, with coverage from other insurance companies, did not fare near as well. I will stick with Allstate where I am in good hands🤗

Brian's team were the only ones to truly explain the differences is coverage to me. They objectively told me the pros and cons of their coverage vs. competition without being condescending. That level of service is ultimately why I chose them as my provider!
