The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the people who work there are very kind and professional. I remember a lady named Bernice who was really pleasant to deal with.

This review is directed at the owner of Morrison ins agency, Chip.

I had a home owners policy that started in 2011 for under $1500/year. roughly 9 years later my premium had sky rocketed to an astounding $4,800! The most dramatic increases took place over the course of the last 4years (2015-2019). There were no claims to account for this.

I did not receive ANY communication from Morrison Insurance Agency, that My premium had increased so dramatically. Only when the premium got so ridiculously out of control, at $4,800 did I receive a vague, one sentence email, that did not even say, "Morrison Insurance Agency" in my inbox, which made it really conveniently easy to overlook as spam.

When I tried to contact Chip about this he happened to be on vacation. When he returned my call the next week he was unapologetic. He took no responsibility and stood by the idea that he did in fact, inform me. When HE finally reached his threshold, you know... (the one sentence email 2 months ago that had no indication it was even from Morrison Insurance Agency).

In the last 4 years of my home owners policy with Morrison Insurance Agency I overpaid around $7,000.
Chip, whom I have met several times in person, (like-able guy) thought that was just dandy.

I would never again patronize any place that shows such disregard for my hard earned money.

BTW I was quickly able to find a new policy with Farmers for $1500/year.
And yes, I know ultimately I am the one to blame.
Lesson learned... Your Insurance agent does not represent you, they represent the insurance company!

The entire staff at Morrison Insurance Agency are awesome. Chip has been our agent for over a decade and is always prompt and efficient in assisting me. They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped us process claims seamlessly.

Cami was the one who happened to be helping me and she was just amazing! I was at the point where I needed insurance as soon as possible, like that day. And not only did she get back to me extremely fast but she was willing to go back-and-forth between the insurance company and myself to figure things out and get me the lowest rate possible right away. So I would definitely recommend going to Morrison! They are extremely extremely helpful and are faster than ever and just look out for the customer and what’s best for you. They have always taken great care of all of my insurance needs. I will never take my business anywhere else. Very friendly, professional and personal service!
Unlike the dozens of "cookie cutter" insurance agencies that just give you a quote, take your money and hang up, Cami and her team took the time to find the right policy for me based on my specific needs! They asked questions to determine what I needed, explained the different products and options, and took the time to find the RIGHT policy for me, not just any policy!
I highly reccomend giving them a call!

As a contractor we have to provide proof of liability and work comp insurance coverage to our customers, and each local municipality so that we can obtain permits.
