In need of new insurance coverage after discovering that our former agent left the business unannounced, we shopped around and, upon a recommendation from a friend, met Erik and Tina. They are a revelation; proactive instead of reactive; not just asking for numbers and offering the same; instead, taking the time and making the effort to investigate our specific needs; offering suggestions; and ensuring we have maximum coverage at a fair price. Erik in particular was so responsive, helpful; anticipating our every question and also creating new thoughts for us to consider. In a business that too often treats clients like cattle, Erik and Tina make you feel like part of a family. Oh, and by the way, we now have better coverage and saved nearly 20% in premium costs. Called for an Auto Quote and was told she doesn't just do auto quotes and they could only help me if I got a Homeowners policy as well. This is not good customer service by trying to strong arm a potential customer that if you don't do this then we can't help you. Glad I choose to walk away from a agent who has $$ on her mind rather than trying to help out potential clients.

Her lose cause I had a fleet of 12 work vehicles that need to be insured with full coverage and all the bells and whistles. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
