I'd heard such great things about Stephannie Dean. She has been the go-to insurance agent of many of my friends for decades. I dragged my feet because it fell to the bottom of my to do list, I thought switching would be a painful experience, and I figured, how different could an insurance agent be? Wow, was I wrong.
I found myself in a position where our agent of 20-something years was unable to secure affordable insurance. (Be forewarned, if you have teenage drivers, don't get used to low rates.) Stephanie and Ashley made it so easy. They found better coverage than I had before at a much more affordable rate than our previous provider was offering. And, they turned it around so fast.

Having a local agent who cares and understands want coverage is most important is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your current insurance company I highly recommend you reach out to Stephanie. She will not let down. I wish I would have done it years ago.

Personnel have ALWAYS made me feel properly insured, the FRIENDLIEST customer service and all my concerns addressed.
