I recommend First Insurance Services. My agent genuinely cared about helping me make the right insurance decision and she saved me money. Even more remarkable is that the agency is just as responsive after my purchase as they were before! I love that First Insurance Services is so involved in our community. They donate time and money and encourage their clients to join them in supporting community nonprofit organizations. (I follow their Facebook page because it has lots of valuable community information.) My decision to change agencies started with asking First Insurance Services to review my policies and the policy of a family member so that I could compare prices/coverages. They were professional and fast and honest about what they could and couldn’t do. The proof was when First Insurance Services declined the business of my family member because my agent determined that policy was best left with another agency. It is that commitment of service to clients and community over dollars that convinced me I couldn’t have made a better decision. I recommend that you have them look at your polices. I think you’ll be impressed.

It's always a pleasure to write an excellent review. I must say, I've had several great experiences at First Insurance Services in Alamosa, CO, having them find the best insurance at the best rates. In the past I would normally shop for my own insurance online, but I'm now sold on having these guys do it for me! Yesterday was over the top, dealing with Manuel Villegas. He helped me consolidate my new car with my current car in a new policy together. He saved me a bit of money while improving my coverage too! To top it off, Manuel found me the perfect homeowner's policy. Manuel knows the insurance business super well, and I appreciate how meticulous he is. Above all, he listens and also makes excellent recommendations without candy coating anything, and while explaining the reasons for any given advice. Thank you! Everytime I have called over the past several years I have received excellent customer service. The insurance rate was a great deal as a family with multiple cars, but with a family member dieing this has changed. Now that I am trying to start my own plan, the cost of insuring my one vehicle is nearly double the rate it was as part of the family's insurance plan... too much to continue business with this company. Again, the employees are excellent and consistent. Great deals available if you have a multi car family with multiple drivers. Too expensive as a single person with one vehicle. If the rate for a single vehicle was better, I would have stayed with this group.

Manuel has been my agent for a couple of years . He talked me into getting house insurance and 3 months later my house burnt down . I’m glad Manuel talked me into getting insurance . If it wasn’t for him , I would be standing on a empty lot . I now have a new home and Manuel has been a great resource for my insurance . He was helpful with my claim and stuck his head out for me .
