As helpful as they were for insurance the prices kept going up while I was told that was just how the market was. I went elsewhere and found that they lied about the market. After switching to a new insurance called and tried cancelling my quote through them and they did not cancel instead I received a bill. I tried calling again on the 27th of December they did not answer while other agencies do answer.

She has always given us the best coverage, best rates and is able to answer any questions in detail. She is prompt about answering calls and returning calls in a timely manner. Angelina cares about her customers, definitely knows Insurance and knows how to do her job well. It has never been about what Insurance company we are with. For me, It's always about how you are treated by the Agent and this is why I changed Insurance companies when I found out Angelina was working for Torben Walter's. Thank you Ang for all you do for us. I know we can be difficult at times but we really appreciate you.
