Do not recommend: horrible experience, very unprofessional, lack of communication, misleading, over charge for random repairs and not requested services. At the end of the lease cleaning fees and other charges were charged to the tenants yet the place was left filthy and with broken stuff. There was paint and dirt left at jacuzzi tub and shower which caused clogged pipes. I was charged twice for garbage disposal repair and replacement yet it was left broken. No inspection done in person, instead keys were left in a lock box.

It is better not to have anything to do with them and they take up to a month to return your rental deposit. Real estate parasites. Now a month later, we'll go to court. Be careful with these guys.

I contacted Property Management in Naples to inquire about an house in Naples Bay. They replied the same day. Josh gave an appointment to visit the home the day after. I signed the lease the following day. We were setup and in the house the following month. The entire process has been perfect. Josh followed-up all the time very fast and was very smooth. On top of that our landlord is exceptional and talented in home repair and maintenance. I could not be more happy and recommend it.

We hired Dave to manage seasonal rentals of our Florida home. He was responsive in the beginning, when finding a tenant, and getting us to approve the tenant/rental for 5 months. After the tenant moved out it, took weeks for our home to be cleaned. He contacted me about accepting an annual rental for a much lower amount. When I told him I was not interested, he did everything he could to convince me to accept the tenant. I refused. When we needed some exterior pressure washing completed, he told me he had someone that could do it, and it would be about $500, but he would get an estimate for me. I never heard from him again until I received a bill weeks later for $665. I questioned him because they cleaned more than they were supposed to, and I never received the estimate he mentioned. His communication was terrible and very hard to reach on a regular basis. I gave him a 30 day notice to end our agreement. When we made it back to the home to find other damaged/broken items, not cleaned properly and a missing entrance gate key card, I reached out to him. His response was, "You terminated our contract. I have no further obligation." Well, I am pretty sure you are required to return our keys and key cards, Dave. Your lack of communication with your owners and lack of care for their property is disappointing! No wonder the tenants love you, and leave you nice reviews. This homeowner would never recommend you to manage another property.

Current Property is exceptional to work with as they are very courteous to all needs being met on time. I would highly recommend doing business with them as they will not disappoint you. Just ask for DAVE !! He's the man in charge and will make sure your taken care of!! By far, the best company that I have done business with.. 5 stars!

Dave and his team are always very professional and easy to work with. If we have any questions or there is a maintenance issue they are quick to respond and always follow up to make sure things were taken care of. I would recommend them to anybody!
