I would like to leave you a good review, but, unfortunately, I have to give you the minimum. The house you manage at 1830 Dixianna Street and your appointment of a manager named Daniela is the worst thing I have ever had to deal with. Your employee not only fails to cope with her duties, but also treats the residents rudely, turning life in this house into a nightmare. I recommend people stay away.

Yep. You guessed it. Money hungry company who has yet to give my WIFE & I our reimbursement. You can call all you want, email them but the reality is that they keep your money. It doesn’t make sense to ask married couples to pay a separate application fee only to then “get a refund” once proof of marriage license is obtained by the office. Scam from top to bottom if you ask me.

DNS PROPERTIES IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & SIMPLY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I applied through DNS Properties almost two months ago. I was informed by both my landlord and DNS Properties that the application fee for a married couple is $100. Upon applying through their website, I was required to pay $200 instead. Apparently the website does not process the discount for married couples. I was further informed by DNS Properties in person and via telephone that I would be reimbursed $100 within three to four business days.

It's about two months since the date of my application. I have called every three days to check on the status of my refund and even visited DNS Properties in person -- twice! I am EXTREMELY APPALLED by the lack of professionalism DNS Properties displays. While the girls at DNS Properties were nice, it is highly upsetting that I have to call DNS Properties every three days to harass the staff about my refund. To my understanding, it is only one particular guy who is responsible for the refunds and the delay is supposedly his fault. I simply cannot understand how several requests for my reimbursement have been made over the past 1.5 months yet no action has been taken. Where is the supervisor here? At this point THE ENTIRE APPLICATION PROCESS FEELS LIKE A SCAM to have applicants pay a higher fee and intentionally not reimburse them if they don't care to follow up on their reimbursement....

Please avoid DNS Properties if you can.

Please avoid DNS Property Management at all costs. This company is dishonest, unresponsive, and money hungry. (However, Valentina from the office is great..So exclude her from this review).

I lived at an apartment at 1917 Lincoln Street. It appeared wonderful when we moved in but deteriorated quickly amongst the short span of our 9 month lease. (If you want to be subject to constant noise, illegal drugs, and shady tenants, then consider moving in here. The entire complex smells like weed and there are drug bags in common areas, as well as homeless people outside on benches..The dumpster is always overflowing with trash).

As far as the management, Tyler will only respond when convenient. We contacted him for 2 weeks straight regarding our move out walk through, and he contacted us at the last minute to complete. We acquiesced. We proceeded to do the walk through, and he said we were only subject to $25 in fees due to having to replace the stove drip pans. They were used when we moved in, but again, we acquiesced and signed the walk through.

Then things got sneaky. Tyler sent out a "revised walk through" a day later with issues THAT WERE NOT FROM OUR APARTMENT. He accused us of glueing blinds together WITH NO SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION except for pictures that I am SURE ARE FROM ANOTHER UNIT. He lost our move-in documentation and is blaming us for ruining blinds that are not even part of the unit that we stayed in. In 9 months, I never saw an issue with these blinds. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HE GHOSTED US FOR WEEKS WHEN WE CALLED TO FOLLOW UP.

We received our security deposit check today with an additional $75 deducted from a "revised walk through" that we were never present for. IF YOU GET THE CHANCE, RUN FROM DNS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Take your chances with someone honest. Nickel and diming people with lies during a pandemic just isn't cool.

These people are crooks, they go in your apartment without your knowledge, they do not respond to your requests. They do everything possible to keep your deposit from hardworking low income people... lawsuit being filed this week for their underhanded and illegal activities. Will keep you posted on the outcome. Stay far away from these criminals, you will never get your deposit back.
Business was done with my family member, all accusations are true, deposit has still not been returned and apartment was entered without the tenants knowledge on two separate occasions.
Oh and just so you know the tenant was my daughter and I paid half her rent so actually you did do business with me....like it or not. This is not over , more to come .....

Was told there was a discount on the application fee for married couples. We sent in the certificate and were told that by the end of last week the check would be sent. Nothing has arrived and I have sent several emails with no response.

Tyler is the worst property manager ever . Very unprofessional , gave me the run around for over 3 weeks with getting my security deposit back . Tyler stated and I have recorded ( “ You will receive your full balance returned to you on Friday”) , this was said to me on Wednesday and he provided me with a tracking number . Monday came around and still no deposit in the mail . Called the office and spoke to Carmen and she stated they were waiting for an estimate on a “paint job” for apartment . My spouse and I painted the place with our own money therefore that was a lie . DONT EVER RENT WITH THIS COMPANY ! Had issues from day one when we moved it . Will never recommend anyone else to this place

they are okay but they like to go in your place when ever they want without letting you know , they never fix things and if they do is like a half as job , misrable people live in there apartments they always complaine and the management never ask us whats going on they are very easy to balieve other people , we barley was home ans a lady that had personal issue with us kept making false statement that we making noise witch wasnt true . i thank them for approving us like they will approve anyone in there aparments but whats sad is that they said they will only higher rent $50 each year and they higher it up to $150 a year very disapointed in this place . A deposit back ha that's a joke we left the apartment 90%perfect we bought brand new doors we painted the whole apartment we spent about 600 + the deposite was 1025 we got back 300 , and the stuff they charged me was already there from when we moved in there , please I beg everyone rent somewhere else do not rent here . Save your money !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not rent from these people and what pest control it was full of bugs please I beg everyone to not listen to these owner respond there the false ones ,
