This management company is so horrible. Where do I even start, we had emailed them about the sprinklers hitting our cars and causing damage. There were streaks on my boyfriend and my cars that didn’t come out. We spent over $300 getting our cars detailed which fixed the damage. Do you think we even got an apology NO. There was an inspection that was “missed” which is why the water was damaging everything it touched in the complex even the mail box and other amenities. No apology or offer of a solution was given just a total brush off. Then we had three men that came to replace our side door to the garage without even telling us!! How can you replace something without telling the owners that it is happening?!? Not only did we find out about the replacing of the garage door by stumbling upon the working drilling out the door, they installed the lock upside down and the door is so hard to open and close. You have to slam it shut and yank it open. I preferred the old one that worked fine! Ability management has said that someone was going to come fix it multiple times and given us a time they would be here. Every time no one is here at the time and we have to leave for work. Ability management blames us for not being here but maybe your workers should be on time to correct the thing they installed wrong! If your complex is looking for a management company, STAY FAR AWAY FROM ABILITY MANAGEMENT! You will only be stressed and disappointed.

We switched to Ability from our previous management company. They needed to bring our finances up to date. Maggie has done a great job in this endeavor. The staff at Ability have been very responsive and courteous. Would highly recommend

Our HOA has been using Ability Management since August 2022. All the Ability Management who support our HOA are very qualified, professional & responsive to all our needs. The day after Hurricane Ian, they were on site working with our landscapers to identify & remediate all damage from the storm. I would highly recommend this organization.

This management company is awful! Once we moved in to our unit, we received threatening attorney letters, to bill up the hours for their fees. No previous notice or warning. And the old gentleman in his 80s, Tom was the worst we've ever encountered. He may be retired by now, good riddance! But Ability made us feel like we wanted to get the heck out of the community. Stay away from Ability, as you will never get an answer. Instead, they will send ugly attorney letters with invoices for their fees.

Very bad company. Rude managers. No communication..a bunch of liars! You can not find a company as bad as this one even if you look very hard. Susan Colins is a very mean and rude individual and has no idea about the property management business!!!

If there was such a way to give NEGATIVE STARS, this would be the place. Yvonne should be fired for starters. Works in handling clients/owners and has ZERO respect towards anyone or let alone her own job. There has to be no communication within the offices. Checks were LOST Multiple times and the wretch never even apologizes and just continues to tell us our paperwork won't be processed. Oh, I almost forgot. We have STAMPED RECEIVED evidence of bringing both checks. SMH. Stay far away from this place

this company managed our developement but we're finally rid of them. initial notices for dirty roofs, driveways and un-trimmed palms, when they were sent out, which was seldom, were never followed-up on. when the owner of the company, dennis lively, was approached, he was arrogant, rude and had that air about him that had that dismissive quality to it. everyone knows the type. people that called him were a nuisance, forgetting that we were paying his salary. hard to believe this guy still has a business.i hope you repeatedly read this review and spend some time reflecting on your business practices. good riddance!
