Applied for auto loan online. It was pretty easy. Had to open an account for the loan. Everything can be done online. 4.99% for 48 months is the best terms they provide right now. Whatever, it is what it is. Aida the service specialist was very helpful in every step. The only thing I have to do in person was pick up the cashier check.

Very incompetent Thinks that mistakes are meant to be made 3 and 4 times when it comes down to your financial paperwork. Not enough room for growth. This is a good bank or credit union four person that is just receiving a direct deposit from there, 9 to 5. Not a good place to bring cash money if you are a small business,with aspirations to grow into a large corporation. In short, they will keep a lid over your head on. What type of money can't flow through your account in and out.

I've been a member of Vibe Credit Union for a long time. Back when they were called Telcom. I like the Southfield branch especially because it's within walking distance of home. It has a neighborhood feel unlike some of the big banks. Members are always acknowledged upon entry.

Great customer service-I needed help with my account but I was in a time crunch and had to leave the building before getting it figured out. But one of the tellers, Shamira, made sure to follow up and gave me a call later without me asking or expecting one. She helped me complete my business over the phone and was very helpful.

Aug 2024: Wouldn’t break a large bill without being a member. No idea how being a member affects your ability to take a $100 bill and provide smaller bills, but apparently it’s integral.
