Although initially getting on the phone with an actual person had its difficulties going through the automated system they have set in place. Once I was able to get Jennifer and Megan on the phone everything else was a breeze. They were both very attentive in helping us throughout the entire leasing process. I feel confident that our needs will be met if and when issues arise.

If we could leave a negative review, we would. Termite infested house was never rectified, they harass for ridiculous fees, it's a huge hassle to get any kind of response for maintenance issues but if you owe even a cent 1 min past the due date, they text, call and email you multiple times a day for their benefit. If any maintenance that is THEIR responsibility is done on the premises, they will try to make you pay for it instead of abiding by their lease agreement. Owners and renters, be vigilant of hidden fees and rate increases every chance they get.

I also spoke to the new tenants and they have 9 months left of their lease and haven’t heard anything about the owners selling. I sent them your reply and you might want to let the tenants know before the public that you are selling their residence. Just another hidden message or fee I guess.
