Worst property management experience in my life! The manager Lindsay Canas, in specific Administrative Assistant completely NON-EXISTENT when it comes to communicating with residents. She doesn't answer calls, she doesn't answer emails, she doesn't even seem interested in doing her job. They have placed multiple tickets on my property without warning, and when I try to contact them to resolve the situation, it's like I'm talking to a wall. It's impossible to get an answer! The lack of professionalism is astonishing. Not only do they ignore residents, but they make any procedure a never-ending nightmare. It is an absolute disgrace that this person is in charge of managing properties. If I could give zero stars, I would. NOT RECOMMENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from vesta property management company. I have found the communication with residents to be severely lacking, marked by unanswered calls and emails, coupled with an apparent disinterest in fulfilling essential job responsibilities.

My experience attempting to obtain a transponder has been particularly frustrating. Despite purchasing a Lennar property that includes two assigned garage parking spaces, only one transponder has been activated. I have been awaiting the activation of the second transponder for more than six months, with no resolution or communication forthcoming.

The excessive queues at the guest gate, which can extend beyond an hour, are unacceptable. It is disheartening to encounter such inconvenience and difficulty after investing in a property within this community. The consistent lack of response and the unprofessionalism displayed are astonishing, transforming routine procedures into protracted ordeals.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vesta as a property management company for any HOA property.

The service offered by Vesta Property is the worst. Problems arise with bad or incorrect information, lack of management availability, and then inept customer service personnel, whether by phone or in the office, who never answer or respond to requests.

I've completely given up attempting to get a response from any Vesta employee at the Miami Dade office, especially one where they actually take action. For YEARS it's been terrible and somehow keeps getting worse. What's the point of a property service company that doesnt manage the property? Service. Terrible. Communication. Even worse. The Isles at Bayshore
