The ONLY reason I am giving this place a 5-Star review is because Abigail, the young woman at the front desk that helped me and my mother fill out our paperwork, was quick, efficient, well communicated, professional and answered all our questions succinctly. Abigail is a great person to work with and I hope she gets a raise or a bonus, she rightfully deserves it.

Lots of attitude and evasive service. Doesn’t matter how patient and polite you are even as a new owner just trying to get payment set up. Found one helpful person who was new and they started routing everything through others. Based on reviews, they might only care about corporate clients. Process was painful all the way through. Both realtors struggled with them too and said it’s typical in Miami. But if I had known it would continue even after purchase, I might’ve chosen another property.

Terrible service. Emails are not responded to for days and you're lucky if anyone ever answers the phone. Working with them as a new applicant to purchase a property was a nightmare and any service request makes you feel like you're pulling out teeth.
