Heather Joseph at DST Property Management was great! She helped me through the process of getting my new tenant approved to rent my condo. My wife Diane and I would like to thank Joanna Ratmiroff for the extensive support she gave us since her arrival at the Aristocrat.
Last summer, she did solved an issue we had with Robmar who left our condo with the wooden box for 6 months, approaching the 'Tornados and hurricane period'.
She was also instrumental in providing us with the proper infos on a case with the City of Pompano.
During our 15 years as a resident of the Aristocrat, she has been the most efficient Administration Officer of our building.

DST Property Management is by far the best property management company, they are hands on and put the properties they manage first. The owner of the company puts high standards on herself first and brings it to her employee's by example, not by just preaching it but being it. That is what a leader does and she is the definition of a leader.
