Our community transitioned to Lakeview Management about two years ago, and although it was a rough transition mostly due to the negligence and unprofessionalism of the previous management company, Orly and Sue really did their absolute best in being available to answer our questions and concerns with as much transparency as possible. In my experience, the Lakeview staff have always been very professional and responsive with my inquiries. Orly’s composure and professionalism while facing very disruptive, rude, and aggressive homeowners during meetings is admirable. We have learned a lot from them as we get ready for our 40 year assessment, and two years later, after working hand in hand with our HOA board, it feels like our community finally has a clearer path forward. It’s still a rough road ahead for our community, but Lakeview has proven to be a valuable partner in getting our community where it should be.

Lakeview management has to be the most crooked management company in Florida. Future buyers of condos, please, if Lakeview is attached to the condo you're interested in, run in the opposite direction.
I can assure you, instead of saving for retirement, save for their special assessments instead, because they're in bed the board members, and are able to get away with pretty much every and anything they throw at you.
It's one big Latin affiliated relationship between the board members (Spanish) Lakeview management (Spanish) their attorney (Spanish) and therefore, no oversight at all.

The worst company money can’t buy.

This company from day one has been inept, disorganized and insensitive to our senior citizens.

Lake view continues to have an accounting program that has there accountant in an invisible universe of send an email tge accountant will call you. What?

Using computer technology and processing is great. But when the system continues to not prosper payments on time and not support geriatric customers this company is a disaster.

If you have lake view please review there processes, you will find there are more thumbs down. Than thumbs up.

Time to change lake view to a professional company for today, tomorrow, and the future.

Lakeview Management has been working hand in hand with the board in my complex. As a homeowner, it’s nice to be able to communicate with the management company fast and efficiently. Paying online has been amazing too. Thanks Orly for always answering any questions.

Our community recently recalled the board of directors and Lakeview, along with our attorney, have been key in helping to get our community to where it needs to be. Orly (from lakeview) has been instrumental.
Being part of an HOA I see that the management company always gets the bad reputation for the Boards decisions.

I challenge all the negative reviewers to take the HOA certification class so that they understand that the management company does only what the board tells them to do. I understand that now and the board in my community (myself included) are working hard to set the bar high and provide transparency in our community.

Hands down one of the most reputable and awarded property management companies in all of South florida. With their continued support and hard work in this community. They are a prominent pillar in the strength and prosperity of Miami Dade County. The associations and homes of our citizens are in better hands because they are with Lakeview management.

I have to tell you Sue, Orly and Sam are the best in the business. As a former board member and now step aside. She treat all of the owners and board members the same. They are fast to respond and amazing communicators. Highly recommend using them.

This is a small management company owned by 1 person, Sue. This is a personal enterprise, and by reading all the other reviews little has to be added to help the community notice that Lakeview Management has too many properties under their belt to manage them properly.

The main issue some residents have noticed is that the maintenance worker is shared with too many properties, they come M-W-F to empty the trash in the laundry room / mail area and they leave. They have 0 ability to fix anything or work on anything else aside from picking up trash with a stick.
