We moved into a home that was supposedly move in ready. When we arrived, the house was dirty inside, the yards still had the prior tenants furniture all over, dead plants inside, a fingernail left in the bottom of the fridge. The garage was still full from prior families. They had an unsecured power outlet in the floor that was receiving power. So they either don’t verify interior readiness or falsify documentation. The owner of the home should be very disappointed that their property is being managed so poorly.

Ziprent is absolutely great to work with. They placed a tenant on our rental property in 4 days. Can't speak less about excellent customer service they have. Easy to use softwares and they keep you posted at every stage. Completely transparent process. Tenant placement or management fees is flat fee and very competent. Looking forward to have them manage our property for a long time!

My family of 8, are relocating from Southern California to Northern California. Being 7 hours away from where we were moving began as a headache. My husband was the only one out there and his work schedule made it hard for him to go out and look for places on his own. Using Ziprent made the search smooth and easy. I was able to successfully rent out my SF apartment thru zip rent after just 2 months. I feel they offered a very good service. I do think they need to make some changes to their algorithms in recommending the landlord to aggressively lower their rental price and In how they manage multiple applicants at once, but I am confident they can address those issues and offer an even better service. I will recommend ziprent for others to use in renting out their property.

I needed help getting my condo rented out as my tenant moved out in mid-Feb 2024. I live down in southern California and my condo is in SF, so I found ZipRent as they were featured as one of the best rental management/tenant placement companies in the Bay Area.

They have an Onboarding Team that is very thorough, SUPER responsive, and helpful through every step of the process. They were able to find an amazing renter who is due to move in on March 29. I was there in mid-Feb when a photographer came to take photos of the condo and amenities, and then handed off the keys to him. My Condo front desk helped keep the Ziprent key lockbox as renters came to view my unit, and this all happened while I was down in southern California!

I only had an action item when they recommended a renter in early March and I was able to review all of the details on him (estimated credit rating, monthly salary, job title, and I found him on LinkedIn as well). The security deposit has been paid and it should be smooth sailing from here. Thank you Ziprent!

We needed help getting our condo rented as it had been sitting on the market for some time. Decided to go with Ziprent based on their reviews and were not disappointed - in fact they exceeded our expectations:
1) They have a great easy to use online portal that is well designed to handle all aspects of renting your property and the best thing about it is that it's a transparent process with lots of checks and balances. Enjoyed the weekly updates.
2) Knowledgeable staff who are readily available to answer both our questions and our tenants questions and just kept all parties in the loop during the entire process.
3) Got real value from their input including photography.
4) Very competent pricing.
5) No pressure approach - we thought we would take on property management after they helped with tenant placement, but given their efficiency, we were more than happy to change our minds and continue to have them on board for property management.

Definitely made our lives easier and would highly recommend them.
