I rented a 2/2 "managed" by Frost for a year. During that time Frost provided no maintenance, even for issues that affected the habitability of the unit.

As if that wasn't shameful enough Alejandro Munoz also attempted to keep my entire security deposit under false pretenses. Luckily he is as bad at handling security deposit disputes as any other aspect of his job so I was easily able to sue for the return of not only my entire security deposit but also attorneys and court fees.

Tenants: don't let these con-artists steal from you.
Owners: a trained monkey would manage your property better and cheaper than anyone employed at Frost.

Felipe is wonderful. I’ve had a couple of issues with my stove and every time he has been very quick to help me get everything resolved. Very kind and helpful. I could recommend him to anyone with my eyes closed. Thanks to Felipe’s service my kitchen is now in perfect shape 🙂

After having negative experiences with other management companies in the past, Frost Property Management has been such a wonderful experience. I can say that I was surprised with the quick process and Felipe has been easy to work with, friendly, and very responsive. I would definitely recommend Frost to my friends.

First and foremost, their Leasing Agent Noelia is terrible person. She’ll whine about having to do any legitimate work but then hound you for her check.

The whole company only cares about money. Been waiting for weeks for someone to come fix my toilets but I put in a different request about an issue with payment and I got an immediate response. They only care about money, and won’t fix anything. I’ve been unable to use my own toilet in my own apartment and have to leave the property whenever I need to relieve myself. It’s ridiculous.

All their Properties are clean, but very broken and they won’t do anything about it. They’ll ignore your requests and your phone calls, and hang up on you when you do call. Save your stress, don’t lease from them. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

I hope someone shuts them down soon enough.

EDIT: Seems they have a lot of lies to say when someone calls them out, but don't seem to do anything to stop all of the bad reviews they get. If they just did their job, and treated the people paying their properties bills with an ounce of respect, they wouldn't have these issues.

Terrible customer service! We have been trying to get our sink and disposal fixed for 3 weeks and they won't answer or return our calls. When they do answer they are rude and disrespectful. Avoid this company!!

We just wanted to thank you, Felipe and his Team for doing such a GREAT job at repairing the shower tiles and mirror in our bathrooms. The Contractor was so professional and completed everything so quickly. We really appreciate it how fast you all responded.
