We'd like to add a further positive update. Our lease ended about 5 weeks ago. There were two deposits regarding our lease, one for security and another separate one to the building. Upon vacating the unit, Laudy's company paid his portion of the deposit/refund within days. However, the building deposit, who's payment was completely out of Laudy's control, had some sort of processing error and it took us 5 weeks to receive the second refund/deposit.

Laudy stuck with us through the five weeks of tracking down the missing refund check. He followed up, on virtually a daily basis, with the building management as well as keeping us informed. His diligence in making sure we received our due deposit was so impressive!

It all ended well as we did receive the refund check from the building. Laudy went well beyond the terms of the lease to insure we received all due refunds/deposits. We can't thank him enough!

It is rare in these times to find true Excellence in service and follow up. Laudy and his company provide Excellent customer service.

As mentioned before, we'd gladly do business with Laudy in the future.
