I met Walker as a tenant and eventually became an owner of 3 rental properties. I bought two from him in his capacity as a realtor and he also sold them for me after he managed them for 3 years. He was both my property manager and my realtor. Now I only have one left and I moved into it so we don't have a current working relationship but Jon is a good man and he took care of me both as a tenant and an owner.

The front office staff is VERY helpful. I worked with one of their Realtors, Kristin Jones. She helped us transition from being renters to homeowners!!! She made that process as uncomplicated as it could get. Highly recommend this Brokerage!

Wow, I have to say, this Property Management actually answers the phones when you call them! Most property management companies have voicemails and you are lucky if you get a call back! I had an amazing experience with Walker Asset when I applied for a rental! They never wasted my time, they were honest about ALL the charges that would be on my lease, not once did they sugarcoat the expectations of my lease agreement… open and honest communication is what I got and I am completely satisfied with the rental and the open line of communication with their office! Great company and Mr. Walker is the best, he even gives you his direct cell phone number…what other broker does that ?

My husband and I leased through Walker Asset Management Realty for four years. We began our lease in 2020 and just moved out. We always experienced kindness and understanding from everyone there. I had Mr. Walker's cell phone and he helped us navigate a situation with the HOA, and was understanding when we had an accident resulting in an insurance claim. They worked around some health and family situations we encountered while we lived there. They understand that life happens and worked with us whenever we needed them to.

I would absolutely rent with them again! Thank you all who I've worked with over the time we lived there!
