I've been a customer of this banking institution for almost 20 years. Unfortunately they went from being the greatest to the absolute worst. They've done my financing for several vehicles which all got paid. They've made multiple thousands of dollars from me in interest and other bank fees. I can't understand who they put in charge of this institution now, but they are completely disrespectful and no longer serve their long term members with any compassion or empathy! It's like They've joined the mobster banking cartels.🤬🤬🤬

I've been with Credit Union of Colorado for over 12 years!! Im very satisfied with their level of service!! I was in a pinch in 2024 and they were not only accomidating but provided me with some tools or ideas that I hadn't known they were available for me!!

I have been a Credit Union of Colorado member for 20 years. I have used nearly all their services and I have never had an issue. Their customer service is superb, they are thorough when going through the loan process, and the online banking app is easy to use and is designed very well. Kuddos to all the employees!

I have been a customer for many years. I use services in Greeley. The employees are and have always been amazing. My problem is with the drive up ATM. This has been ongoing for several months now. Making a deposit is almost impossible. It will take some bills then spit the rest out. Today it spit my bills all the way out onto the wet ground. Had to back my car up to reach ones under car. The security guard was great to help me. I was only depositing 12 bills I had just gotten frim withdrawal. I use a walker and didnt want to get out in rain to go inside. Used drive thru with tubes to finish transaction. Teller very understanding. Time to replace the ATM machine with one that actually will take a deposit in one try.

Brenda needs a refresh course on notary classes. She is the most rude uneducated employee I have dealt with at the Greeley location.

And yes I am also a notary but OBVIOUSLY can't notarize my own documents. She seems super comfy just sitting there doing nothing other then making a bad impression on members.

I've been a customer for 49 years, and always have been treated with respect. Most recently, I was there for quite a while with my Service Dog, and we had no problems there at all. All of the employees ignored her, as good Service Dog Etiquette requests.

I’ve been banking here for 23 years. For about 20-21 years it was great! I recommended you to everyone I knew and bragged about how awesome my credit union was.

I took my mortgage business from Wells Fargo to you because I banked with you forever. The customer service was less than average and during our most recent experience was awful. The loan processor wasn’t informative and the person we signed documents with today didn’t really know what she was doing, but did it with confidence. We signed a document indicating if you missed anything we’d go back and sign within 30 days and of course due to the lack of training we had to go back. Then the condescending girl who called to tell us to go back and sign the document YOU told us not to sign even after I asked. You didn’t even apologize and said “well you signed a form saying you’d sign what we needed within 30 days!” We signed the form, but the lack of customer service and knowledge is astounding. The banker today was like a Child playing dress up that could not answer anything. You have become too corporate and this was such a great business.

I’m so disappointed in you and one day we will take our business somewhere else, but since you do not care about customer experience it will not matter.

I've had an account here since 1993, I've always experienced friendly customer service. I've had several car loans and personal lones and they were very profesional and informative. I have had my accounts frozen many times due to suspicious activity to which I am greatful for. Every time it was justified and caught right away. I always recommend Credit Unions and would never use a bank. The interest rates alone are unmatched and there are no ATM fees.
