Took forever to process my short form tax return. I was lied to when I called and they said they were working on it and they weren't as 11 days later I still didn't have it and it took another 4 or 5 days to get it ( about 35 days total when I was told it would be 7-10 days). Told me it took 3.3 hours to do this simple easy short form which should easily be accomplished in about an hour so I was WAY overcharged!! Greedy company...don't use them!!!
