The whole process of setting up a tour date to doing the application and getting the rest settled to move into my apartment was easy and smooth. There was great communication throughout the whole process which took a lot of stress and worrying off my shoulders. They worked fast to get everything processed. By the time I did my tour and filled my application out, I was in my new apartment within a week. Everyone I had come in contact with have been very helpful and very kind.

She is very attentive and kind; she always replies to my e-mails and resolves my inquiries and gets right back to me and answers my questions quickly. Thank you Stephanie! And I also want to thank Lance in the maintenance department, he was very efficient and kind and help me get the last details ready before my new tenants moved into my property. I highly recommend Henderson Management & Real Estate!

Henderson was the worst renting experience I've had since 2019. They will make you wait and wait for anything you need. My roommate and I got charged by Henderson for replacing an entire countertop because of a small wear and tear chip, took our ENTIRE security deposit and charged us an extra $800 because of the replacement. Sorry excuse for a company, do NOT waste your time looking at any properties through this company, you WILL regret it. If I could give 0 stars, I would not hesitate.

Henderson is total garbage. The place I moved into was in terrible condition with black mold in the basement, broken locks, cabinets falling apart, the dishwasher falling out of its housing, etc. Then they had the audacity to not only not return my deposit, but charged me additional fees to fix stuff that was broken when I moved in. Stay away at all costs and don't give your money to them.

Absolute horrible place to rent from I moved into my apartment not even a month windows had black mold growing floors had deep scratches everywhere super messy had a leaking fridge problem. 6 months into my lease we started having plumbing issues that were so bad it was backing up into our bath tub and into our toilet from the neighbors. If you are going to charge 1500$ for rent DO BETTER FOR YOUR TENANTS I WILL NEVER BE RENTING FROM THESE GUYS EVER AGAIN, request you have first months rent and deposit right away then make your tenants wait 60 days for their deposit is beyond ridiculous..
