They lied to us on multiple occasions. They told us it was a habitable space and they changed their mind about fixing the fireplace right before winter. We told them about the lack of ventilation in the roof and even had it checked by a roof expert. They refused to do anything and basically force my family out, pretending that there was no issue. My family became definitely seriously ill in this home, and they downplayed and ridiculed us even after we told them that the mold test they took was not accurate, because the air in the home had been aired out overnight basically Equalizing the outside air with the inside air. Abby was the worst. She physically screamed at me. When I suggested that I would clean the house before giving her the keys as if she had some greedy incentive to kick me out and yell at me before. I even gave up possession of the property. It was a property on High Drive. This company took the money they said they would give back, i wouldn't trust them with a dime in highly suggest anyone looking and reading at this, avoid them at all cost.

The lack of compassion and professionalism shown by this company on multiple occasions earned them this one star review. I feel sorry for the owner of the home that I lived in because I bet they were dishonest to everyone involved just to make a buck. I feel sorry for anyone who lives in that environment, there was literally no adequate ventilation whatsoever, the entire attic, causing problems during winter. And it's still up on the market today. It should be illegal and it's sickeningly wrong. They have not addressed the moisture issues. They're just in it for the money

I’m posting this in hopes that others will check reviews before moving forward. I had a walkthrough with Bruce, who assured me—along with others in the office—that there was no mold in the property. I repeatedly asked if they had a clean mold test, and they confirmed it. However, my experience proved otherwise.

This place does not care about you or your family. My son and I now suffer from health issues caused by mold exposure, even after leaving the property. We’ve had multiple doctor appointments, and our symptoms will take time to resolve and heal.

Additionally, I anticipate they will respond by claiming they have a clean mold test for the property. To clarify, we accidentally gave someone access to the space, and that individual cleared out the area before the test was conducted. This action made the mold test they reference void and not an accurate representation of the conditions we experienced while living there.

On top of the health concerns, my interactions with Abby were beyond unprofessional. She slammed doors in my face, acted aggressively as if she wanted to fight, and falsely claimed to have called the cops on me. Her behavior caused my family significant anxiety, on top of the stress we were already experiencing. Instead of addressing the mold issue, they chose to argue and battle with us.

To make matters worse, they left all repairs in my husband’s hands, never fixing anything. When we moved in, the place was dirty, and I had to clean it myself. Despite leaving the property in much better condition than when we arrived, they charged us over $400 for cleaning fees. This appears to be a pattern for them—check their reviews, and you’ll see similar complaints.

As a mom with kids, I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and damaging this experience was. Abby’s actions were uncalled for and inappropriate, and she caused unnecessary drama and anxiety for my family. In my opinion, she does not belong in a workplace environment.

I hope this review helps others avoid the difficulties and health issues my family and I endured.

We stayed at Bigfoot bungalow and it was absolutely beautiful. We were surprised by a gift/goody basket. Clean, nice beautiful river in the front yard. Linda was awesome to deal with! Will definitely come back and stay here! Loved the cabin and Linda! You guys rock!

We stayed in #3 - it was the perfect home base for our family during out vacation. It was close enough to other cities that we could do day trips, but also super close to Rocky Mountain National Park. We had the best time and already want to come back. Abby was super helpful and had great suggestions on where to take our kids.

Abbey and Lisa are incredible people. We are residents have this wonderful town and with housing being so difficult to find, they worked for months to find a perfect home for me and my family- and they did!!! We are so blessed that God used them like He did!
