Scott and his team are wonderful. When we moved to Estes, we worked with Scott to help find us the perfect home for us. Scott was thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the EP real estate market. Not only did we find the right house, Scott helped us breeze thru settlement. When we’re ready for another real estate deal, we are definitely calling Scott!

P.S. - so here we are almost 5 years after buying our home in Estes Park, and we’ve sold our house and moved back to Maryland. Scott and The Thompson group sold our house in record time, and again did everything to help facilitate a quick settlement. Also, Karen Thompson, The Cleaning Team, offers a wonderful “move-out” service helping with packing, offering advice and resources for selling or donating things you can’t take with you. She is an expert for sure and, it was a pleasure working side-by-side with her. What a TEAM!

When my husband and I moved to Estes Park in 2016, we knew nothing of the market, housing options, or where to start! A friend gave us the name of Scott Thompson, at The Thompson Group. Scott clearly explained the process, answered all our questions, and was transparent in all aspects. He was able to help us find a great home in a great location, within our budget, and we never felt pressured or stressed throughout the process. A great experience! When it was time for us to leave Estes Park, Scott again was a great resource. He answered questions about selling vs renting, and had a list of handymen, property managers, and other resources to help us along. When it was time to purchase a home in another state, again, we reached out to Scott, who recommended a few great realtors in our new area, and we were able to find a home. Fast forward to 2023, when we knew it was time to sell our Estes home - Scott to the rescue! He managed the sale, worked with Escrow & Title, and, despite being several states and a time zone away, my husband and I again never felt stressed, confused, or frustrated with the process. In fact, when the final documents were received, we remarked how easy the process was, how much of a help Scott has been, and how lucky we were to have gotten this realtor recommendation years prior. We might not have been homeowners the first or second time, nor been able to sell with ease, had it not been for Scott Thompson. I cannot recommend his knowledge, expertise, and service enough; he is a true professional and a great resource for all property needs! 5 stars.
