It was amazing to sit in her sunny glass-walled office as she and Erica sent messages back and forth between computers while they expertly created the perfect policy for the five buildings at my inn. Camille's surprise bonus for me was replacing my auto policy for just half the premium that I had paid to another carrier for over thirty years. She expertly wove all of those property and auto policy features together for the best coverage that we have ever had. A+ work, Camille! You totally rock!

Great people at this office office, but I refuse to recommend State Farm as an insurance agency due to their handling of damages after a record hail storm with 3" stones. Their compensation for damages was measily, depreciating the value of my roof down to about $300 above the deductable. On top of the depreciated roof, the claims team refused to acknowledge damage to my Trex decking worth another good chunk as you can imagine. We're out about thirty large after two years of zero resolution; the corporate claims team will email you once every two weeks on a Saturday morning if there's a disagreement with their assessment. No offense to anyone in the office for the low score.

edit for reply: Thank you Erica -- I appreciate your response and will update my review within a week after this sorts out. Corporate stonewalled me on this issue, so I appreciate your office reaching out. Y'all would make a great broker - wish we had options. Thank you.

I love this team! In this day and age, I find it rare to work with a business that demonstrates deep knowledge and genuine care for their customers. That’s my experience with Erica and her team. Through good times and bad.
