What a great experience we had re-marketing our personal insurance program after being with the same carrier for a number of years. Amber Watson answered all questions and provided us with a very competitive quote. This is a very busy time in the insurance world as many customers policies renew the first of the year as our does.
Withing 24 hours of finalizing any changes and premiums, we had binders, auto ID cards and instructions on how to manage our account online and via mobile app.
