A rental car company filed a claim against me. I had accidentally taken a photo that showed the car did NOT have damage while in my possession after the claim date, but I kept getting harassing letters from the rental company. Casey MacCheyne, an agent in Matthew Raymond's office, spent time communicating with the State Farm claims office to make sure that they sent me their decision in writing, including telling me I was free to ignore any further letters or phone calls from the rental agency. I am so grateful for such professional help at a personal level. 5 stars aren't enough!
