Ron was very nice when I met in person, however he said my taxes would be done in 1 week and 1 month later, I'm still waiting for them. I sent several questions via email and he never returned my emails or 2 phone messages. I do NOT recommend this business. Also, I don't think he was very helpful in terms of helping me figure out what deductions I am entitled to as small business owner. I had to ask the questions and never received any answers. Left another message today, lets see if I get a call back!
