What a scam!! This company came to my home and measured to install a new oven($45). They sent me a quote of over $600 to install. $160 for basic install!! The new oven was the exact same Dimentions as the one we were replacing. They wanted to charge to make unnecessary cuts ($202.50) additional charge for another person to hold the new oven while installing ($141.75) another charge to remove 4 screws to remove/reinstall microwave above oven ($139.00). This oven slid right in the existing hole with no cuts necessary!! It literally took 30 minutes from start to finish!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will gouge your pocketbook!! This is supposed to be a trusted installer for Lowe’s.. WHAT A JOKE!!! Noting but a complete scam!

Purchased an evaporated cooler from Lowe’s May 15 2021 for 2,100. JT Solutions was hired by Lowe’s for install. JT Solutions canceled 3 scheduled install dates and never returned emails or phone calls. This business is unreliable.
