Terrible place to get taxes done. Nancy doesn't charge a flat rate for her tax service. She saw how much we were getting back and put our reciept in an envelope. $400 for 30 minutes of typing in numbers. We have 2 kids and are a one income family. Nancy didn't care and charged us way more than any other tax preparer would. Charged another person I know far less. Very disappointed and disheartening how a person can be so greedy and all about the money. Never going here again and I recommend you look elsewhere.

Yikes. With my combined time in military upbringing, work in customer service, and military service, I don't think I've ever had a more uncivil experience in my life. I had an awkward tax situation with my wife and I living in separate states for the last year and the tax return was proving a bit too complex for online tax sites so I sought a CPA to have a look and help me out. 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I met with Nancy who refused to use PDFs of some of my forms because "she's not a secretary." She wanted me to bring all the paper forms which i explained was in possession of my wife in another state. At this point, the appointment was probably over because she decided to use the rest of my time there to call over an assistant she deemed responsible for me not bringing paper forms and interrogated them, which they denied and assured they told me. Given the situation, the assistant asked me if I remember being told to bring paper copies of everything from my wife in Germany (not correct) so I responded "no" which was too quiet for our aging Nancy who yelled "SPEAK UP! YOU'RE AT AN APPOINTMENT" at me. At that point I decided to deescalate and just say "it sounds like you're unable to help me" and left. I'm incredibly mournful of the kind folks that work for Nancy but considering Nancy is the one who you have to deal with for the actual appointment, I can't say I'd recommend Nancy Marion CPA. There was another review that said they got the feeling this "business" is just really looking to make money and I can see that too. No apologies are necessary because not having to pay $700+ for this appointment was the best apology I can receive.

My parents and I all had our taxes done with Nancy and she was amazing. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and was lightning quick with her work. She was also very funny and pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend her!

We have been going to Nancy for several years and LOVE her! I now have friends and out of state family that also use her services. Nancy is by far the best in town - and certainly better than doing it yourself! I like the added security of knowing someone so capable is handling this part of our finances.
On a side note, we love to catch up with Nancy every year to hear of her travels and escapades!

Went to get business taxes done and she was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to listen to what we were trying to tell her about what the company was and where the funding was from. Everyone in there seemed miserable and the store was small and cluttered. They didn’t want to let us use their bathroom even though we were set to be in there for a while. She yelled at us multiple times and kicked us out after her refusing to listen to understand what we were saying. I agree with the 1 star reviews on here she wants to yell at people and is a stubborn rude lady. I would never recommend her to anyone, and will be telling all the other small business owners I know to stay FAR away from her and her CPA firm.
