They have really helped organize us and have taken a tremendous amount of stress out of running our business- plus Dan, Sheila and their team are so pleasant to work with. We have used Century Tax for the past few years. The first few years were fine but two years ago they messed up our taxes and we owed additional money from a mistake they made. This past year we had a lot of questions and back and forth to make sure what we owed was correct and we settled up. I noticed every year our tax bill increased significantly but the level of service and help went down. Today, we received a letter saying they can no longer do our taxes, we didn't even receive a call or explanation. Very unprofessional way to handle whatever issue they had, especially from a client who always paid on time and supported them during issues they created. I would look elsewhere for your tax services, they don't seem willing to step up and help you when you really need them, they just want to do simple returns while increasing your rates.
