Very disappointed with this firm. I've been over charged for 3 months for a vehicle that I no longer own and I told them that I no longer want it on my policy over 3 months ago. They basically lied and told me it was removed but I'm still getting charged for it. I've reached out to them twice regarding this issue with no response.
I was recently in an accident. When I had inquiries about it they said, "to keep the process as simple as possible, the insurance company will work directly with you." Basically F off and don't bother us.
Finally, I requested a declaration of insurance. The least they could do is respond, but they just ignored me.
It's apparent they are happy to take your money, but don't want to service their customers when they need assistance. The reviews are most likely friends and family.

I was pointed towards Legacy Insurance Partners by my insurance company and was no longer able to cover my vehicle (a vehicle that is not the easiest to insure due to it originating as a "commercial" county vehicle and since becoming a personal non-commercial vehicle).
