I have been with American Family for a sum total of 21 years and have never been disappointed. Prices are comparable and response time with a claim has been phenomenal! I want to particularly give a shout out to the Adam Lydick agency. Adam and his staff have been quick to respond with answers to any and all questions and issues I have had. They have incredible customer service. I have always felt heard! The only complaint I have is that American Family is not in Texas where I am moving to. Maybe someday!!

Adam has been my agent for the past few years for both my home owners policy and vehicles. He is very responsive and helpful when I have questions or changes regarding my policy. I filed a claim yesterday afternoon for hail damage to my roof from 3 months back. The adjuster came out this morning and I had a check in-hand less than 24 hours after filing the claim. I was told by multiple roofing contractors that the turnaround time for my claim was exceptionally fast- other insurance companies usually take weeks. Adam walked me through the easy claims process and was immediately available if I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend both Adam and Am Fam!

Adam is a fantastic insurance agent. I have been with Adam for 11 years since I started driving! Adam and his team would always follow up with me if rates started to go up and make sure I knew what I was paying for. When I had mechanical issues with cars and had to find a new vehicle he was consistently answering my calls and emails as I was trying to find the best deal for my auto insurance with the vehicles that were available online or at a dealership. When I got my first apartment he and his team helped me get coverage for renters policy. Finally when I was buying my first home he again stepped in and took care of insurance and bundling. I completely have trust in him and American Family insurance to always have my back and make sure my family and I are covered properly.
