Love this credit union! The staff is so helpful and friendly and they always go above and beyond to help! They also remember my dog whenever we come to the drive up teller and give him a dog treat! Thanks Credit Union of Colorado!

Go anywhere else. We went in for an auto loan and after the process we were told we were preapproved and were given all our information (interest rate, monthly payment, etc) and told we would receive our pre approval letter within the next hour via email. 5 o’clock on Saturday rolls around and nothing. We figured with it being Labor Day weekend they were busy or went home early. Monday at 5 o’clock rolls around and we still had not heard anything. We emailed our loan officer and called multiple times with no luck. When we FINALLY got a hold of someone we were told the loan was denied but they couldn’t tell us exactly why. Seemed like no one there knew what was going on. We left and went to ENT and within 15 minutes we had a preapproval in hand with a better interest rate and loan amount.

Careless with the customers. When unauthorized transaction was found on my account they did the bare minimum and made it hell to get a new card. Once I got the new card they didnt give me a pin or go over how to get a pin. When I called it was a pin feedback loop where it would send me to customer service and they would send me back to the pin number. Without success. I called again another day and the agent said to use all zeros to change the pin WHICH DOESNT WORK!! That ended up locking my card and I was not able to access my money when I needed it the most. When I called up to get help with it the other agent had a very bad attitude and was not able to help anyways. Not a fan.

I've been banking with Credit Union of Colorado for 30 years. I've had auto loans, checking, savings, and credit card accounts with them. Their rates are great and I've never had any issues.

Nothing but great experiences and friendly staff at this new and conveniently located branch. Have never had financial, checking, or savings issues with this credit union as a customer for over 6 years

Avoid at all cost. They don’t stand behind their members they stand in their way when recovering funds from fraudulent charges. This hasn’t happened once but it’s happened 2 TIMES where I had to take an entire day off work to get my money back. There were so many hoops to jump through it was insane.
