Amazing experience! I had my first baby and they couldn’t have done a better job. My labor experience to my birth experience and everything after was amazing. They were always very informative about anything they needed to do or suggested. They never pressured me to make certain decisions. They were super positive and supportive throughout my whole delivery. My doctor and nurses were a great team and took very good care of me and my baby. If I could give more stars I would!

OB was incredible patient focused. The entire team provided individualized care based on my and my baby’s needs. They listened to me and my husband when we expressed what I needed and they heard our requests. The delivery team and postpartum nurses were incredibly diligent and compassionate. My baby needed to spend a few days in the NICU and the entire team of doctors and nurses took the best care of him. My husband and I are very happy with our choice to deliver at Moses Taylor and will make the same choice again for future children.

I had a mammogram and DEXA Scan. The front desk personnel were welcoming and friendly. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly. It was an overall pleasant experience. The entire Team deserves an A+++! Thanks to all.

Leaving with a newborn we were engulfed in a heavy exhaust line at the main entrance. First day nurses were great second day I had careless nurses that didn’t check in on me or my baby. Third day nurses and my doctor was great. Last day my nurse was great too.

Front desk staff were not nice. Basically made me feel like an idiot. When I told them why I was there they told me they didn't perform that test at their facility, was I in the right place? When I said THEY had called me 2 evenings previously to make my appointment, the woman who does the calling said no, I don't recognize the name. I was befuddled to say the least. I knew I was in the correct facility as they gave me directions when they called! While they searched through paperwork, the woman said: just give me your ID and insurance anyway. All of a sudden, like magic, I WAS in the right place, they DO perform the test I was scheduled for, and I SHOULD have a seat in the waiting room! I was like, what the heck just happened?
Then a man called me into an office to actually get me registered, he was wonderful. Very professional, pleasant and personable. I was called back to the testing area within minutes. The three people in the testing area were also very professional, kind and caring, going so far as to walk me back to the lobby after the test. So overall, a good experience, but that initial contact was terrible. The front desk staff need a customer service refresher course.

It was my first time with CWH due to ins changing the where's and what's. Well- I was calked in for my yearly mamog., when I completely felt comfort seeing the technician. About same age, and a kind heart.. I hit a milestone in January which now is like rolling dice per exam! So you know… I give 5 stars because of how gentle and easy she made the procedure, rite after my day and being nervous to begin with. Thank you. Appreciate your professional and peaceful way during an exam woman prob dislike but its a must have. Nice job! Thank you…

I went in labor and the c section was great. I the doctor and all stuff workers are very nice and helpful. The food was great too. I had good experience. Thank you all for your hard work 🙏 may God bless you all
