Absolutely the worst food I ever had. Can't believe they can even get away with serving such slop! Don't believe me? Stop in at St Lukes cafeteria, you'll be a believer.

Greg, the CEO is out of touch. His employees at the AVP airport are running around like chickens with their head cut off because they’re understaffed. They have one person cooking and one person, running the bar, waiting tables, and running the convenience store. These two outstanding employees deserve a raise, they deserve recognition, and they deserve all the money. The company made today. It’s pretty poor that human resources, and anybody in management would force people to work under these conditions in this level of stress. I imagine Greg and the rest of his executive team are at home watching their favorite football team while these two employees literally lose their hair to keep people happy and keep them on time for the flights. Greg is a no-show and if he was a good leader he would be here in the trenches with employees, but his actions speak louder than words. This review is in no reflection of the two ladies working here tonight. Greg does not deserve them and they are exceptional employees.

I eat in the coffee shop at heritage valley hosp everyday, I am upset that they are being forced to frozen soup!!!! The "tomato bisque" is NOT tomato bisque. It is full of pepper, which makes it very spicy. I am not the only one who will not be purchasing soups anymore. It's a shame because they are known for the soups they used to make. Please, please, take the frozen soups away.

Would not recommend food from here at all. They Unfortunately this is my place of employment til I find something new. People literally stick their fingers in their ears, touch their dirty phones etc . and don’t wash their hands or change gloves before touching the food, the boss was even told about this, (nothing was done)! Also using expired food.
It’s pretty gross. health department should pay a visit!!!

No real plant based option except a basic iceberg lettuce salad. The vegetables are overcooked and not seasoned well. And the cross contamination between items with allergens is disgusting.

So we have a Metz service at the Hospital I work at. Each day the Entree or daily special is different, but often the side dishes tend to be the same. So for example you could have Meatloaf with a side of mash potatoes and corn. the next day you can have fried fish with mash potatoes and corn. the following day you can have mexican buritos with mash potatoes and corn. We need more Variety. Really... Who orders Buritos with mash potatoes? And God forbid you ask to substitute something...like side order of nachos instead of mash potato. What? is the Axis of the globe suddenly going to shift causing an epic world wide catastrophic disaster because I want nachos with my burito instead of Mash potatoes?
