I had an issue a month ago with fraud I moved out of state and I wanted to keep SIU Credit Union as my primary bank because I’ve never had too many issues and if I did they immediately resolved it. and Ginna from SIU credit Union was so helpful and nice. She is probably the nicest person I’ve spoken to on the phone with SIU. It was quick and I’ll be getting my new card in 7 business days. She didn’t rush me at all she was very patient and handled everything professionally. One of the best experiences in my opinion talking with someone from SIU Credit Union.

Jessica Imhoff helped me today she was very pleasant courteous and professional I have been with SIU credit Union for about 6 years and I just love them they are the best even though I no longer live in Illinois I still have him as my bank because they are so good I won't leave them. I have read some of the other reviews and SIU credit Union has always taken fraudulent activity very seriously they protect their customers and they go above and beyond to help them resolve any situation that involves their account!

Like any institution there is the occasional glitch, but when you call and speak with a Member Representative like Jessica, she will take care of it immediately!
