Paul and the great people in his office have saved us thousands of dollars and made working with our tax accountant a pleasant experience again. Paul is very kind and has a personal touch that shows he really cares about us and our finances. He works very hard behind the scenes, making sure that we are getting the best tax advantages that are available. Mueller has helped turn our accounting needs around! We had to switch from a firm that I was working with for 18 years over the course of 3 businesses! Paul Mueller and staff have been amazing to work with - diligence, competence, honesty. So highly recommend them! AND, they steered me toward QuickBooks online. All I can say is WOW....the hours of work this saves me in terms of tedious things it now does for me, for no mistakes, payroll taxes computed/paid/reported for me. Clean records that do not need to be compared with an outside person doing quarterly reports anymore. Had I known I would have done this so much sooner! Add to that that Mueller and crew can jump in and help me without my sending an accountant's file. No more backups, loading software updates. This is one of those AMAZING things that are so few in life - what you get is so much better than you can imagine and so worth the $!

I highly recommend Mueller & Associates as the best CPA firm in Loveland. My key points for recommending them is because they are active in the community and support many of the same causes that I support. Second, the way I conduct my business and keep records seems to agree with them. I really don't have to spend a lot of time explaining things at tax time. Third, their fees seem reasonable and in line with other firms, even ones which do not provide the same level and quality of service. I have recommended them to at least two other people as well, one of which will use them for the first time for their 2012 taxes (coming up).
