Super rude. Not helpful. Called and asked tons of questions after a simple return and never got any answers. Only thing they are quick to do is charge you. Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had! Save your self and look elsewhere.

In the last 10 years of getting my tax prepared at various locations, filing my taxes with Angela was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Additionally her rates are unbeatable in the Larimer county area after an extensive search. For $140 she did both my husband and my tax taxes which were quite complicated. I could not recommend her highly enough! She was truly excellent.

Worst place I could have trusted with my taxes... There were numerous errors. To top it off nobody returned my calls, or emails to this day, other than an email to request payment. I still have numerous questions and have called numerous times to no avail...

First of all, Angela does not return phone calls. She hands it off to her lackeys and doesn't give them the information they need. We have been trying to find out our taxes from last year, if we still owe the IRS and No One Over there knows anything. They sat on our taxes until after-tax Day. And flat out to our faces told us that they would take care of any incurred interest or charges associated with them, not getting it done, but we still have a letter from the IRS. My husband went down there to get it handled and they told him to go online and pay it online. I was referred to this company so I do believe that they used to take care of their customers but they no longer do.

Angela was so prompt and friendly when I frantically called her to help me with an ongoing federal tax return/stimulus check problem. I will definitely be using her going forward to file my income tax annually. She is knowledgeable and has a very calming demeanor that I really appreciated!

At first, it seemed we found a new tax place. So we called and made an appointment. I was quoted $125 over the phone, and was required to read off all my tax documents that would be filled in order to get this quote. Upon arriving, it was okay at first, but then the appointment started. I felt as if we were being interrogated by tax law fraud experts who were looking to bust us. With very little people skills, this went on uninterrupted. Very poor customer service lead us all the way to the end of our appointment. The price was then $270 which was shocking considering we had to read off all of our tax documents over the phone to get our quote. "Oh they must have forgotten your tax credit." So frustrating to be handed well over $100 above your quote after providing concise information to them. Will NOT be returning. You can have the best tax people in the world, but if you can't provide quality service, you have nothing.
