Although they weren’t able to help with my business’s financial needs, they were very professional, cordial and coherent about it, and referred me to entities who might be able to help. They’re smooth with normal banking. Here are pics of some of interesting stuff I found there a while ago.

just visited with my partner who is a long time customer of this bank and they were so helpful and kind to us!! very professional and good at their jobs too. bernard made me feel very welcome, quickly did the notary services i needed and also didnt mind chatting for a second!! i honestly had such a great experience here, im going to be opening an account next time im in the area 🙂

DCU has been great. Unfortunately since moving to Westborough it has been difficult banking with DCU. This ATM in the Lyman st location is literally almost always broken or inoperable in some sort of way. It's even been updated to a whole new machine and it is Still inoperable here tonight, right now. Unfortunately when in these situations my only option to make a deposit into my DCU account- is to consume a 40min+ round trip to another DCU ATM, Marlborough or Worcester. I rarely withdraw cash and that is the only action you could make at other branded ATMs. Overall very inconvenient and problematic ATM services.

I applied for a mortgage refinance. I was told once I sign for commitment letter the rates automatically gets locked. Well that did not happen. Today I received an email saying I need to lock the rate by sending an email. I called the person at 2.03 pm and he confirmed today’s rate for me was 2.125 %. I sent the email right away and get a call at 4.15pm that rates have gone up to 2.25%. I asked when did the rates change she said 9 am today so I said why was I quoted 2.125 at 2.03 pm. She hung up on me.

Guys be careful. They are playing games. Now they want me to pay a good amount of cash to get the 2.125 rate.

Just unreliable people to deal with. Be careful
