Went to this branch because they are co-op shared branch with my credit union. This was an awful experience. There were three tellers and a manager and one elderly customer and myself. I waited for nearly 5 minutes then gave my deposit and debit card to the teller.
RBF said we need your member number and I said I do not have it. She then proceeded to be rude and unhelpful.

Take your money elsewhere. This branch is awful.
