Incredible team at Fidelity. Brittney, Lizzie, and Emily have given us solid tax advice for a variety of business and personal concerns. We were very loyal to our last tax preparer (Aurora Taxes) and knew any company that she merged with would be top notch. We haven't been disappointed; year after year we have continued to grow financially and wisely plan for taxes thanks to Brittney's excellent guidance. Customers for life!

HORRIBLE communications and shady work at the Soldotna Alaska office. Many inconsistencies. Not listening to what the client says. REALLY BAD about appointments. Had one set and never got a call! DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME. They had all my paperwork in MARCH BUT STILL had to file an extension! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. AFTER their reply: I learned that they also mislead and did horrible work for several others in my tiny town as commented on our local Facebook page. One of the most incompetent businesses I have ever done business with. Found out the first time they did our taxes, they DID THEM WRONG (brought to my attention by a new preparer) and now I have to refile for that year. After speaking to an IRS specialist, I was informed to file to complaints to the IRS. DONE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!
