Stay away! Unbelievably unprofessional, dragged out a claim over 3+ months with 2 week delays between every email and response only to dismiss the claim because "there is no way to tell when the water damage occurred". Their adjuster took the word of the homeowner who had NO IDEA when it started. It was damage below the surface...but the extent was not something that happened overnight. Small businesses stay away, and avoid agents like Nolan Kent.
