For many years, Hossein managed a residential property in Colorado Springs for me. When I decided to sell the property he managed a large and complicated complete rehab of the property for me. Finally, he was able to sell the property at a great price and bring our business to a profitable conclusion. At all times in our business relationship Hossein was easy and pleasant to communicate with. He is extremely knowledgeable in property management, property rehabilitation, and property sales. I had the pleasure of working with Hossein Tolooee for about two and a half years while he managed the rental and sale of my Denver home. When I first began looking for property managers, Hossein was the first property manager to respond to my inquiries and met with me to discuss the rental of my property in the Highlands. He had a good understanding of the current rental market, trends in the neighborhood, and expectations I should have as a landlord. All paperwork and legal agreements were presented upfront and made easy to understand. As a landlord who lived a few hours from the property, I had some concerns about potential tenant issues and home maintenance from afar. Hossein was able to address all of my concerns and get the property rented quickly for a good price. During the two years he managed my home, I was lucky to have great renters but encountered some significant home maintenance issues such as a leaking roof, broken pipes, sewer line troubles, etc. Each time, Hossein contacted me right away, by phone, email, or text, had a solution in hand, and many times had already contacted vendors for bids to do the work. While some of the maintenance issues were definitely stressful, Hossein made the process as painless as possible and took a lot of the worry out of my hands. There are a number of times I would have had to disrupt work and family events to solve some of these household issues, had it not been for Hossein. The home I rented had shared property and water lines with an adjacent property. During times when both homeowners had to be involved, Hossein was really great about working with the other homeowner(s). I also appreciated that he was upfront about the severity of some of the home maintenance troubles and made sure that things were getting addressed rapidly, particularly when other properties and city property was at stake.
After two years I decided to sell the property and used Hossein as my sellers agent. The process was relatively painless and went swiftly, despite the typical complications of home sales. Though I was traveling for much of the sale, it went so easily thanks to Hossein. While I know that is his job, he does it well, is easy to communicate with, and is competent at his work. I have worked with other agents and property mangers who do not communicate well with the homeowners, forget to mention essential information, and leave many questions unanswered. These situations have only made Hossein's hard work and competence more clear to me. In a city like Denver, with such a large and quickly moving real estate market, Hossein stands out as one of the better mangers and companies to work with. He is honest, easy to work with, and professional. Should I ever have future real estate needs in the Denver market, Hossein will absolutely be the first person I contact.
