All I can say is good luck... Would seriously consider going with another property management company if you are looking to rent your house through an agency. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. Multiple emails multiple attempted phone calls, multiple attempts at trying to schedule a showing... No response. Actually let me take that back. Debra responded one time (after repeated attempts to communicate with staff). That was Saturday... Today is Wednesday and I haven't heard a word from anyone

The house we were looking at has been on the market for well over 2 months so I can't imagine the homeowner is too happy about that

I can only imagine the lack of attention to detail and lack of communication extend through the organization...

Also, the fact that they don't respond to one star reviews is pretty telling of the fact that they're trying to avoid the obvious
