This location is by far the best bank I’ve ever been to. As far as banks go, look no further than Blue FCU to give you the best experience hands down. Especially the genius behind the counter Will, if you get him as your teller you will leave that place with a smile on your face. He takes care of absolutely everything you need and he also does it quickly! The entire place has been my go-to for banking and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how wonderful every employee has been to me over the years. Oh, and the free coffee is AMAZING!!!

Blue federal credit always has just what you need. I have come here for many different reason ranging from checking accounts to IRAS, and have always been helped successfully! I have recommended friends and family here, and would love to recommend anyone else looking for a good reliable credit union. The staff is always friendly, and well informed about anything they offer. Branch manager Frank Acquah has been an amazing support, and truly knows what customer service means.

My experience here has always been great! I used to have a savings account as a kid here and just recently opened up a new savings and credit card here and Kaelyn was more than happy to help and was awesome! She made everything easy to understand, and was very easy to talk to! I’m definitely glad to be back banking here again!

I have been a member since 2014 and Blue never fails to assist me with whatever I need regarding my account, debit card, loans and more! Absolutely terrible. They decided they needed a new web portal, so QBO needs to get a new code every single day. I can't keep my business books without jumping through hoop after hoop because.

1.) It forces QBO to re-login EVERY SINGLE TIME I log into QBO.
2.) They made every owner set up a personal profile, but those personal profiles aren't tied to the business profile, so we have to share a business login, and one owner gets a text message every time ANY owner wants to do work on the bank account or in QBO.
3.) We have business credit cards with them, but I have no idea where they're hiding the statements, and phone calls to Blue go completely unanswered...

Worst experience I've had in credit unions, ever.
