To start with got to this location and it was a mess inside the office , after talking to the secretary, the only nice person in the building she couldn’t find my appointment or didn’t recall scheduling me with one of the accountants. After 15 minute the accountant finally showed up LATE she also didn’t have a clue about my appointment, we got the tax return process started they only asked questions that any app online would ask you, no interest in helping the customer was shown , after all the paper work was completed, no going through the paperwork was done the bill was presented in front of me for $300 for nothing literally they did less than i did at home through turbo tax and I didn’t have to pay a dollar , after i started asking questions they got rude and defensive as if i was wrong for asking about something, didn’t make sense . Overall , worst experience with an accountant in my life and I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the only one nearby.
