We have been using Breckenridge Happy Homes for almost two years to watch over our house for us. Zach and team are fantastic. They are experienced in property management, always friendly and helpful, and very responsive when you have an issue or need arise. They are willing to fix things and do minor repairs themselves when they can, which is great, but they also have a network of service providers they can recommend and call upon when needed. We feel a lot safer knowing we have Breckenridge Happy Homes watching over the house. If you’re in need of a property manager we definitely recommend you call them.

We are very pleased with our decision to hire Breckenridge Happy Homes for maintenance and care of our second home. Our initial contract was written with ease and customized to our specific needs. We have appreciated the excellent communication from the staff and the piece of mind knowing that our house is well cared for when we’re not in town. A minor plumbing issue in our home was dealt with quickly and professionally.

We also chose Zach to help us rent our home. We felt more comfortable going with a local resident rather than a large lodging company. It’s been a perfect business decision for us. Our renters have provided very positive feedback as well.

I've been using Breckenridge Happy Homes for several years. They did a great job being a partner, not just a property manager when I had a condo in town. Between the two of us, we never had any major slip ups and the renters were always happy. Then when we sold the condo they were really helpful with the house we bought. The key is the people. Kevin is running the operation now and what is great is that he was one of the guys on the ground before he took over as manager. He's still looking under sinks, finding leaks, fixing doors that off, tightening screws. The problem with a lot of property managers is the guy that sells you on the service doesnt actually do anything other than sit in the office. Kevin is different. He and his team are just pleasant to have around, and you never feel like you are just another owner. Plus Happy Homes is part of Breck Resort Managers and they have been a pillar in the Breck community for years.
