Have ruined the quality of the Columbine pool for over a year and still can’t get it figured out. Currently 2/4 hot tubs that are of decent temperature (could be hotter) at the busiest time of the winter. One tub is drained and one tub is full but hardly luke warm.

They will raise fees every year and the service just gets worse and worse. They will make excuses about lack of staff but keep taking money from the HOA. Or tell you it's not their job to manage the property. Don't let the fancy office on Main St. fool you, this company is bare bones when it comes to service.

Edit: I am anonymous but this review is nonetheless very true. Woodwinds should be discounting fees.

It's been a busy holiday weekend and Columbine Pool management has been invisible. Loud music all day and no one to close the pool/hot tubs at night. It's time for Wood Winds to step aside and let a capable mgmt company take care of Columbine Pool. Or the owner/manager of Wood Winds needs to put in some real hours and take care of the pool themselves.

Another busy Saturday at Columbine Pool and Wood Winds is a no-call/no-show again. No one here to close the pool. But they are still taking our money to manage the pool.

Columbine Pool is absolutely disgusting. The large pool is constantly filled with hair, leaves, and who knows what else. I have not seen an employee take a net to it once when they “open” the pool for the day. Most nights the large pool isn’t even covered! It seems random. I even heard a little girl TODAY mention how gross the pool was. Not to mention, I have noticed bandaids on the ground more often than one should see. Ew.

The hot tubs are constantly colder than bath water, not a major concern for two months out of the year, but the rest of the year it’s a bummer.

Cedars #9 was inconceivably bad. horribly dated and very poorly maintained.....and definitely NOT for anyone who likes to cook. the one time we needed woodwinds was when the TV remote stopped working and after an hour of doing our own troubleshooting they were pretty pointed about not wanting to send someone over at 9:00 at night to fix it.....meanwhile it was on and the volume was prevalent enough to carry upstairs to the bedrooms.....which did NOT HELP SLEEP. they should remove such a pathetic property from their portfolio. Then they seemed to get a little miffy when I started to press for the return of our security deposit after holding it for over 3 weeks and making up lame excuses for NOT getting it done. would not rent from them again. seriously, the most dilapidated property I've stayed at in over 50 years.

We stayed with Woodwinds for a few nights in January and the stay was great. The house was called Hart on Main and it was spectacular. It is situated right by the gondolas and all of the restaurants, not a long walk to anywhere. We had an amazing experience with the helpful staff and the grounds were shoveled for us every morning. The house has two fireplaces, amazing kitchen, and a covered garage which was perfect with the snow that weekend. Will absolutely stay with them again.

We stayed at Hart on Main, and our experience was satisfactory! The house was beautiful, even better than what we expected from pictures. We were basically ski in/ski out, as the house was a very short walk (~ one block) from the gondola. Part of the fun of a ski trip for me is cooking meals in the evening. The kitchen was GORGEOUS with new appliances and fully stocked with everything I could have ever needed. The grocery store was a short 1-2 minute drive away. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house had heated tile floors and a wine fridge. I am very confused by some of the negative reviews. I interacted with multiple staff members and everyone was extremely friendly and seemed to bend over backwards to make our stay as wonderful as it was. We will definitely use Wood Winds again next time we are in Breckenridge.

Another great stay with Wood Winds! We stayed at Cedars 27. We literally would pop our skis on right outside the back door and could ski right back up to it to come back in. The staff was quick to accommodate any requests we had. The there was a hot tub and pool that we were able to use super close by, and we loved that too! It was quiet and perfect for us with my parents as well as our young kids, plenty of room for everyone!

We stayed at the Hart on Main and it was perfect! Everything is updated, it’s fully stocked, soooo much room, a perfect kitchen and the best location.
We were able to cook a full meal and eat in front of the fire one night and walk to dinner and drinks the next. We stayed once with the entire family and then went back for a romantic getaway.
Nowadays, costumer service is lacking but we were pleasantly surprised with how nice everyone was. It was super easy to book and the front desk was so helpful with recommendations around town.
We just left and are already planning another trip !
